 Cold Storage Chamber Construction:

SPENCERS  maintains finest levels of quality construction designed detail by detail to meet your most exact requirements. The cabinet construction is so beautifully planned to meet the most
complex service space & minimum room length requirements. Available in pre-fabricated panels with superior cam lock systems, SPENCERS has to its credit a word of appreciation from the most demanding users.
FABRICATION/ASSEMBLY The light weight and modular assembly makes it easy to fabricate a room of any size. Dismantling, enlargement and relocation of the room is equally quick and easy.
PUFF PANELS Pre-engineered polyurethane foamed panels from Spencers are manufactured using non CFC gases. The polyurethane foam insulation with a thickness of 80mm has excellent insulating properties. The panels are fastened together by means of Cam Locks actuated by an Allen Key. The two stage Cam action speed locks helps to assemble panels together. The first stage holds the panels in place while the second stage locks them together. ENSURES TIGHT ASSEMBLY IN MINIMUM TIME
OUTER PANELS Outer is made of Pre-coated GI Sheet/Stainless Steel sheet of suitable thickness & grade .
INTERIOR PANELS Durable Stainless Steel (304) interiors to give better life and makes cleaning easy providing hygienic conditions and great sturdiness.
FLOORS

Stainless steel panel floors are available and in addition, Spencers offers a variety of insulated floors depending on the kind of application. For normal Walk-in applications, Modular floor panels with an aluminium chequered plates are also provided.
DOOR

INSULATION Polyurethane foam insulation with a thickness of 100mm.
DOOR LOCK

Doors to walk in freezers are lockable with 100% fail safe provision for opening from the inside. Robust lock with key & failsafe feature.
INTERIOR LIGHTING Interior fluorescent lighting.
RACK & SHELVES Stainless steel / Aluminium racks as per customer requirement.
   
Cold Storage Chamber Refrigeration:

Strong and reliable with powerful quick response refrigeration, an exclusive long life SPENCERS superior refrigeration process is an unique feature of SPENCERS Walk in freezers. Standby/twin refrigeration systems are incorporated as optional feature as per end user requirements.

COMPRESSOR

 Heavy duty Air-cooled compressor. The compressor is distinguished by its excellent performance, low noise level (<60dB) and minimal vibration.
CONDENSER Highly efficient condenser with automatic condensate evaporating system.
EVAPORATOR Internal evaporator system Forced draught

AIR CIRCULATION

Forced air circulation to maintain chamber uniformity.
REFRIGERANT Non-CFC/HCFC environmental friendly refrigerant based on compressor capacity.
Defrost System Electric defrost / Automatic timer defrost.

The unit is fitted with a micro-processor based digital electronic temperature controller cum indicator for easy readability along with audio-visual alarm system.
