Product can be loaded on the shelves and frozen prior to drying or

OUTER BODY
Outer of the cabinet is made
of Galvanized Sheet of suitable thickness & grade finished with
bacteria resistant coating.
CONDENSER CHAMBER
Stainless Steel condenser
chamber. The
corrosion resistant stainless steel condenser chamber is thermally
insulated and acts as a trap for water or other solvent vapour.
WORK SURFACE
The top work surface is made
of polished stainless steel.
INSULATION
Safe, high density,
non-settling &Thick polyurethane insulation .
FRONT & SIDE PANEL
Convenient, accessible & easily removable front
and side panel allows access to refrigeration system & vacuum
system.
CASTORS
Castors are provided for easy
mobility & flexibility.
MANIFOLD SELECTIONS
Manifolds are available in a
wide selection of shapes and sizes. Generally Permanently installed, drying chamber has 1/2" and 3/4" ports
to accomodate flasks. These ports/valves can be used for attaching a
variety of sample containers such as flasks, vials or ampoules.
STOPPERING SYSTEM
Convenient sealing/stoppering
device for laboratory freeze dryers. Paired with an acrylic cover,
accessory, it can be used to freeze vials in the condenser and
stopper vials under vacuum and sterile conditions once freeze drying
is complete. Easily accommodates a wide variety of vial sizes from 2
ml to 50 ml.

Freeze dryers. High capacity refrigeration system ensures rapid
cooling. The refrigeration system is designed as per customer
requirements.
A large flange opening enables easy inspection,
cleaning and water defrosting. Retractable Drain hose are easily accessible for
convenient service. The chamber is connected to a valve drain at the
front of the unit for simple and quick removal of condensate. Condensation trap
is made of
stainless steel.
Clear lid provides view if ice build-up.
To facilitate defrosting, a retractable condensate drain line is
easily accessible through the back of the cabinet.

COMPRESSOR
Hermetic type sealed Heavy duty
Air-cooled Compressor matched to a system fitted with oil separator,
suction accumulator, filters, and all necessary safety devices for
correct operation. The compressor is distinguished by its excellent
performance, low noise level and minimal vibration.
REFRIGERANT
Non-CFC/HCFC environmental friendly refrigerant based on
compressor capacity.
Condenser System:
Highly efficient condenser.
The Freeze Dryer has the ice vapour condenser
located beneath the product section within the same chamber. This
arrangement allows the shortest distance of unrestricted travel for
the transfer of vapour. The corrosion resistant stainless steel
condenser chamber is thermally insulated and acts as a trap for
water or other solvent vapour. A large flange opening enables easy
inspection, cleaning and water defrosting. The chamber is connected
to a valve drain at the front of the unit for simple and quick
removal of condensate.
Vacuum System:
Dual stage, belt-driven, high
vacuum pump.
Vacuum drum is made of stainless steel.
Vacuum pump draws moisture from sample into the freeze dry chamber.
An azide proof vacuum pipeline connects the chamber to a 16mm O.D.
tube on the front panel, to which suitable 2-stage oil sealed rotary
vacuum pump accessory may be connected. The pumping line has a
separate isolation valve. . Individual guages monitor vacuum.
